DESCRIPTION:MaggieJo (07807 363659) is leading a walk near Ross-on-Wye on Saturday.  Details are: \n\n\n\nWobage\, How Caple and the River Wye. \n\n\n\nPark and meet at the Wobage Farm Craft Workshops\, north of Ross-on-Wye near Upton Bishop (Explorer 189\, SO 636 272\, HR9 7QP\, cutlets.loafing.hunt) for a 9:45am start of An 8-mile or so circuit with a couple of short steep paths (poles helpful) and also some stretches of crop covered paths (unless harvested).  There is a 5-minute section walking (single file) on the B4224.  Otherwise a beautiful walk with some great views.  Part on the Herefordshire Trail & Wye Valley paths\, it crosses fields\, goes through woods with interesting buildings and we might spot a peacock.  BPL.  Note earlier start time. \n\n\n\nWe have permission to park here but please let MaggieJo know if you are coming (on 07807 363659) so that she can warn the workshops about numbers\, share cars if possible and please pop in to look round at the end of the walk. \n\n\n\nDon’t forget that Lesley (07421 322139) has volunteered to co-ordinate lifts.  If you can offer lifts for a particular walk or need a lift\, please contact her and she’ll do her best to match people up.
