SUMMARY:Standford on Teme
DESCRIPTION:Short walk  from St Mary church Stanford on Teme SO 70220 65702 W3W encrusted.newspaper.twig at 10am on Wednesday 19th March. 4 miles. 540ft total ascent\, initially following a contour passing a folly and a waterfall and then a hilly and possibly muddy section to a petrified waterfall\, returning along a quiet road passing Stanford Court and an old dovecote. There is space in the church car park for a few cars but please share cars if possible since space is limited. Please bring cash for a small donation to the church although I think there is provision for electronic donation too. I have left a message for the vicar\, I expect parking will be OK\, if I hear there is a problem I will let you know. \n\n\n\nThis walk is a greatly shortened version of the long walk Adopted Walk 50 made possible by a very short walk advertised in the church which contains a critical link connecting public footpaths. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nPlease can everyone make a special effort to share cars. If anyone is coming from Ledbury\, please contact Frank and he can give up to 4 people a lift from Wellington Heath. He can be contacted on 07587 187854 or by email.
